Zane Pickett is a software developer with 24 years of experience. While his passion lies in Ruby on Rails, he's a full-stack developer, with everything from installing networks in hotels to prototyping microcontrollers up to modern-day react.

As the lead engineer at Quiltt, Zane is responsible for designing and architecting their products. He's also a full-time digital nomad, which allows him to explore new places and cultures while working on exciting projects.

### Ruben Izmailyan
Co-Founder, CEO
Ruben is a self-taught software engineer, with 17 years+ of experience in the financial data industry - both as a sales leader at S&P Capital IQ, and as founder in the PFM and data infrastructure spaces.

After teaching himself to code to build a personal finance app, Ruben became obsessed with lowering technical barriers for more types of fintech builders, which led to Quiltt.

Co-Founder, CCO
Mark is an enterprise sales and partnerships leader with 18 years of experience. He has built and managed teams across a series of startups including Capital IQ, Dropbox and RelSci.

After joining Ruben to sell the personal finance app he created, we discovered the greater market opportunity to build a fintech infrastructure provider, which led to Quiltt.

Senior Product Engineer
Jeremy is a Senior Product Engineer at Quiltt, where he helps design, build, and maintain the systems that power the company's platform. He's a self-taught software engineer with over a decade of experience in software and web development, including roles as Engineering Manager, Senior Software Engineer, and Tech Lead across several product-focused and B2B software companies. Jeremy is based in Phoenix, Arizona, and spends most of his time working on backend architecture, APIs, and the day-to-day engineering decisions that keep things running reliably. Clear communication, practical solutions, and code that other engineers can understand and build on over time are non-negotiables for him.

Product Designer
Lucas is a product-focused UX designer with +12 years of experience crafting interfaces, brand systems, and creative direction for startups and technology companies. His multidisciplinary background bridges visual design and product thinking.

At Quiltt, Lucas leads UX and interface design across web properties and product surfaces, helping fintech teams bring clarity and polish to complex workflows.
